Description

This is a sub-mod for Gekokujo Daimyo Edition 3.1 ( It is not tested with 3.0 so if you wanna give it a try go ahead ) The new units are Save-Game Safe and should not mess up anything! Stat changes on current units will not work on Older saves! - Compatible with Cokjan's Lil Tweaks! ( Certain units might not spawn with more weapons sometimes - Barely Happens but sadly is an issue I don't have the ability to fix ) !!! Warning, if you are using Custom Troops or anything else that edits the troops aside from Cokjan's Lil Tweaks, make sure to make a backup cause these will overwrite that! !!! Installation Guide - Just Extract the .rar/zip file and copy the content into the main Gekokujo Daimyo Edition module folder!

Sadly I cannot, Warband only allows 2 seperate troop trees. Besides it would ruin the historical part of the game, where Ashigaru were not suited enough to use muskets, except for Oda and his allies.

Maybe specialist gunners for Oda. I mean they stopped using archers at a certain point to favor gunmen...i think.Only the samurai can use bows in odas army.Nobunaga i mean

Will there be any potential new map plans in the future? Understand if not as only curious if we users could ever get chance to react the Satsuma Invasion of Ryukyu or Imjin War in Gekokujo.

Once I finish all my current goals, I will make a 2nd batch of special units and learn how to add more items, make scenes and work on the map. So to answer your question, Yes I plan on making a new map if I do learn how to, no clue how long that will take sadly.

I think the Otomo clan should have Portuguese Tercios(Nanban armor gunner), Hojo clan unit should change to cannoneer because Hojo clan is master of siege, Mori clan is pirate clan they should have wako pirate. Finally, Other clan unit's designs are good, I like Akamatsu Black Cavalry most.

I plan on adding Portuguese Armor eventually so you can see to that, The Hojo clan could not have possibly used Howitzers since they were first deployed on field by Tokugawa Iyeasu at the battle of Sekigahara, Mori clan is a normal Samurai clan that exceled at navy use, that's why I gave them the Cannoneers, I might give them Sailors like Urakami in the 2nd batch. I am grateful for the suggestion and I will keep it in mind for future updates, I hope you enjoy my sub-mod until then. :D

I guess this is a bit dumb of me to ask, but how diffrent is this from the from the normal daimyo edition? I mainly want to know how stable this is compared to the original version, since that version was quite buggy, and the half-patched out wound system was not helping it.

This sub-mod aims to add more troops, eventually in the future once I learn how to. Some new, scenes and items, I sadly am not a bug fixer and I am quite new to modding.

I am sorry but I got no clue how to fix that, its normal warband animations, and they do the animations for me. Besides units don't do them always, it could be something in your files or the animation just getting bugged in your save.

Replace the files inside the download folder with those inside your Gekokujo Daimyo Edition and you should be good.

I haven't yet DOwnloaded this mod and I will find out but I'll ask anyway. Is there the freelancer mod in the module? And if not, is it compatable?

Sorry for the late reply. But no, I do not include freelancer. For a reason that Gekokujo Daimyo Edition already has it. And that this is not a Module but a Sub-Module, which adds more troops, etc. But yes as far as I know it ought the work with the Freelancer.

Im really confused about the way this is layed out, should I download the separated gekokujo daimyo from the other moddb page in order to use these updates or is everything i need in this mod page?

It is not a module, this is a Sub-Mod for Gekokujo Daimyo Edition. It adds more troops to the game, that's all there is to it.

As the Release of Gekokujo Sengoku Era is closing near. I have to announce that the development of this Sub-Mod is now abandoned. As soon I will make a similliar sub-mod (With Dmitry's permission of course) for GSE also. Stay tuned and thank you for the support this tiny Sub-Mod has recieved.

Why i always got "SCRIPT WARNING ON OPCODE 1850: Invalid Scene_prop Instance ID: -2047483648" on battle notification when i was doing siege battle. It's really annoying because always appear every second.

Hello. Can I download only the 2.0 patch or can I do something to delete the 2.5 patch? You really did a good job with the new troops but I found out that I'm not quite satisfied with the renaming of lords and units. Besides, not all lords and units have been renamed, and I found a bug that a 'lord' (Lord Kakeda in my case) became 'lady' (Lady Kakeda) when he defect (to my faction Ashikaga Shogunate in my case).

Sadly I don't have the file myself anymore either. The lady problem is a thing that happens in base Gekokujo from time to time. Sadly I don't really have a way or the will to continue renaming the lords. Stay tuned for when Gekokujo Sengoku Era comes out, I will make my own Improvements again but for that.
