Description
Tipoca City was the capital city of the planet Kamino located in the Outer Rim. Tipoca City would become the main military base for the Republic during the Clone War. At Some point Kamino had a great flood and the entire planet would become flooded. So the Kaminoans would create these cities on stilts. The clone army wouldn't be commissioned until ten years before the Battle of Geonosis. When Jedi Syfo-Dias commissioned it.
