G.I Joe Pedestrian Pack file

Remember this cartoon, well here is a pedestrian pack based on the early to mid 1980's cartoon and toy collection, which was "cool" to any 5 - 12 year olds around at the time. Also included is a sneak peak of some of my other mods.

To install simply open up IMG Tool V2, then open GTA3.IMG, search for the file that you would like to replace and replace that file. (Backups are highly recommended)
