Download for V15.3 of FUEL: REFUELED, the enhancement modification for the game FUEL.
NOTE: A newer version of FUEL: REFUELED is available here.
Instructions:
- BACK UP YOUR SAVED GAME... in the rare chance it may break it, I cannot be held responsible. Windows 7 = C:\Users\\Documents\My Games\FUEL
- Copy all files from the .zip archive into your FUEL directory, overwriting where necessary.
- Click on JSGME.exe and you will be presented with a list of mods to install.
FUEL: REFUELED V15.3 is broken down into four pieces, denoted with the letters A to D, allowing you to customize your installation based on the available options.
You MUST install all four parts - A, B, C and D to get the mod to work, but MUST NOT install two parts denoted with the same letter - i.e. installing B.1 and B.2 won't work. See the screenshot below for an example installation.

Hello, the Generic Mod Enabler doesn't work for me. I click on it, but nothing shows up.
I use Vista.
It could be a problem with user privileges, try running it as administrator.
If the problem persists then you should just go to the homepage of JSGME and download the latest version and install that. You need to ensure its obviously installed to your FUEL directory and that the default folder 'MODS' is used.

The software is Windows XP/Vista/7 compatible from what I've read on their site.
I fixed it, for whatever reason it starts minimized.

I am having the same problem, the app starts off the right side of my screen and i can't move it back onto my screen.
EDIT: TO fix this click the app in your task-bar and then hit ALT SPACE, this will simulate a right click and hopefully you can move it, I have extra context menu specifically for moving windows around installed so..
Ok I've located the problem - what you need to do is delete JSGME.ini that was included in the installer .zip.
Basically that shouldn't have been included as the software will create a configuration file on first launch. Its currently using these settings...

If you don't have a screen that size then thats why its off the screen or minimized. Anyway... I'll update this .zip soon.
