Fix for Birthright v080 mod for Crusader Kings II file

Fix v080a contains the following changes: 1) Some additional events for blood inheritance. Now it is possible to get from major to great bloodline and from great to true (previously were possible only from tainted to minor and from minor to major) Now piety requirements are 1000 for all such increases, and prestige requirements are 1000 (for minor to major), 2000 (for major to great) and 3000 (for great to true). Now it is possible to increase blood strength only after purchasing corresponding bloodscore. (for minor you need bloodscrore at least 15, for major - 25, for great - 50, for true - 70). That will make costs of piety rather high (and bloodtheft rather tempting). 2) Now bloodtheft increases "learning" and "bloodscore value" (independent value) to correctly change value for the events to increase the bloodscore.
