the Fire Dragonn is a summoned companion, you summon him with the "Ring of the Dragonn"
he is not set essential, but he has enough life that he will not die, he will stay with you till you unequip the ring
his power attack has a chance to light his enemies on fire and burn them to an ash pile
he is small enough to take with you through cave tunnels and other interiors
the ring can be found at "Bleak Falls Barrow"

Cool. But does it replace your follower or other summoned thralls such as flame, frost, storm, or dead thralls?
