Faction Ireland 1.1 Polished Edition file

Hey.

I have done a few little updates for the Faction Ireland mod which includes 3 new regions in Ireland and some Irish icons on the main menu.

There are still a few things I need to get sorted out but have failed to get working properly.

Make sure to read the readme to install this currectly.
