The new Victoria 2 Alt-History mod is here, the East Roman Empire mod. Europe and South America are completely revamped following the defeat of the French Empire by the First Coalition, mainly Austria.
Added South American changes. Install like any other Victoria 2 mod. Will start making events next, thinking about importing HPM economy and political system. Tidied up the files.
Without hostile Ottoman Empire empire at its border, Austria can focus on managing the HRE. Austria slowly integrates the HRE into its empire, setting up puppet states. The French revolution still happens, but Napoleon meets a strong HRE/Austria and looses. Spain and Portugal were never in the war and hold their colonies (Until they revolt). After the war, Austria declares the HRE useless and puppets the rest of the states, but Brandenburg-Prussia breaks free with support from the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the United Kingdom, and the Russian Empire.
