EnergyWatch displays a small progress bar indicating how long until the next energy regeneration tick
It updates itself when your energy ticks up, so it may take a few seconds to sync itself after you first use some energy - no way I can think of to avoid this...

Better profile loading, should aleviate most problems - you may need to use /ew clear once if you experience profile problems
New option - /ew invert - inverts the progress bar direction (counts down instead of up)

Customizable text: /ew text to clear or /ew text value to set it
Customizable sound: /ew sound on/off or /ew sound value to set it
the default sound is SPELLBOOKCLOSE - use any default game sound name

Debug function /ew clear - used to destroy and recreate your profile...
Use it if you're having trouble getting EnergyWatch working
