Makes changes fore empire to be more active, by making them enemies to argons and providing more possibilities for warfare.
This sub-mod does 3 things:
1. Makes Empire enemies with Argons.
2. Enables Heretics End to be part of faction logic, so factions can capture it, this will lead to 3-way war between empire, argons and split.
Recommended mods to use alongside: Faction Enhancer pack (all modules) and Dynamic Wars
1.1: added few more ISD jobs to protect Interworlds, initial forces sometimes not enough to fight on 2 fronts.
1.2: removed connection to Torq. Sea, guidance for AI ships sometimes took them through whole universe instead of few jumps leading to most empire ships delegated to Torq.Sea destroyed by Argons or Splits
