Browse and edit sound effects and music from recent Ego games. Dirt 3, Dirt 2, F1 2010 and GRID are known to work.
Ego Audio Tool requires the .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.
Sorry, but the editing of speech files (NFS format) is not supported. This is a feature I'd like to see, and it will hopefully arrive one day.
i cant get this to work with grid? works fine with dirt 2. i have steam versions of both
You need to manually open a .dic file for GRID. Drag it onto the executable.
i cant run the tool on my personal computer, but run well on my work computer. same operating system(win7-64),all ready installed .net framework 4. but still run failure...
Where is located the .dic file for GRID? I've found only the dictionaries.xml but the executable can't open it. Thanks in advance.
in audio/CMSamples.dic
can anyone answer my question?

I can't seem to edit the Music files. Their icon is a red block icon and they aren't playable.
Same here.
Unfortunately, I can't run it on my computer : when I try, nothing happens. I have windows 8.1 with .net framework installed. any ideas ?
same problem here, but with Win 10
