To commemorate the 10th anniversary of my first "I'm done with DX editing forever!" self-announcement, this 7z archive contains the main design documents for DXN from three (3) years of its development history: 2007, 2011 and 2013.
NOTE! I have not proofread these documents, so many (if not all) parts of their contents might be somewhat off (w.r.t. grammar, ideas, wrong character names, "off-topic" stuff in the middle of planning, etc.).
But for anyone interested in checking out (or bored enough to check out) how much the released project still resembles the design plans from 2007 (for example), well, this is something 'bout nothing for you.
Of special note: after "quitting DX editing" for the first time in February 2008, I gave the then-current build of DXN to WildcatPhoenix of the Deus Ex: Man in Black project in case he might have found use for its contents - which he did, as you can see in these MiB screenshots:
