UNSC - cutter - lost his +10 supply, units train 20% slower, units cost 20% more, Units spawn with 1 star of veterancy. (1 star is +15% damage and +13% damage resistance resulting in 130% strength overall) Forge - Gains supplies 20% faster Anders - Got her research passive back to full strength COV - Arbiter - suicide grunt hp up, Arby is faster and reflects more damage, basic attack more damage Brutechief - hp up, basic attack more damage Prophet - flying upgrade deals less damage on fuel rod guns but adds 2 more monitors (4 total). Scarab - slightly nerf top shade turret damage but lets it attack anything BUG FIXES - ODST can now garrison correctly (and have correct unit population) Scarabs can attack units in melee range (not really a bug but lets be honest its dumb when the scarab just goes full retard) Also other stuff.
