Doom4armhealth compatibility for project brutality file

It was brought to my attention that my items mod did not work properly with the mod Project Brutality, so I made this version to be used with Project Brutality, it is still a little buggy in that the chest plate armors are flashing a bit faster then I would prefer, but all the items now properly show up.
