Second release. Obvious stuff that SHOULD have been fixed has been so, and new additions overall, but also a lot of quality of life improvements. Changelog is in the download, and below. Still lacking on events and decisions, but those are in the pipeline! Included Big Flag Frames mod, not enough people see it or get it (it's in Addons, please get it and give Mnmzzz a download/thumbs up). Also recommended is Mish Mash Map Mod.
EDIT - I am completely mentally deficient, and forgot the .mod file.
Installation is the same as DVG, or any mod. Open the .7z archive, these two files should be in it:
- a folder called "Divergences In The Darkness"
- a file called "Divergences In The Darkness.mod"
Drag both of these to your /mod folder IN YOUR VICTORIA 2 DIRECTORY (NOT YOUR Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria II/ directory!!). After that, it should appear in your Victoria 2 launcher when you open the launcher. Have fun!

Bugs quashed and content that should have been there:
* Pskov is actually North Russian primary culture now. I don't even know how I forgot this.
* Ottomans actually lose cores on Pontus now if they lose their war to reclaim Pontus
* Yeguo's expansive cores will be behind an expansion decision eventually
* Pared back Yeguo's starting lands. Hopefully no more wrecking Ethiopia and Somalia right away
* DUA's opinion of BOH is now 190, and, experimentally, they start allied
* Venice isn't in Aragon's sphere, but Cordial in sphering
* However, Venice and Aragon have a relationship of -150. Venice utterly hates them.
* Scandinavia's first expansion decision moved to State & Government. No more instant cores on England
* Likewise, to form SCB, requires Nationalism & Imperialism
* Bug fixes I forgot to notarize before I started to do an actual log. Sorry!
Stuff needing doing and now done:
* Wallachia being Sunni was a placeholder. For now shifting to Druze, pending addition of Islamili
* For now, TEU can form Romania if it's not a Theocracy, and owns/spheres both WAL and MOL
* Removed Xhosa and Zulu from being there at the start of the game. No reason for their existence.
* Remove Matabele cores from south of Zambezi state. No reason for them, just OTLism
* Removed Zulu core from 2114/Mbabane. No reason for it.
* Changed ownership of 2055 and 2058, the remainders of Zambezia state, to Scandinavia
* Removed all of GRQ's random African accepted cultures except for Khoisan. Made no sense
* Russian cores are gradually being removed from places where they shouldn't be TTL
* NAN and LOT start at 175 relations
* Aragon has 25 relations with Albania, and has them Cordial sphere, rather than 50 and Friendly
* Aragon's relationship with Macedonia is 200, as it should be, they started their revolution
* Fixed typos in Yeguo's OOB
* Various other stuff I forgot to log
Experimental things, tell me if they have unintended consequences:
* 2107/Kasema now not controlled by KZB. Hopefully no blobbing by Yeguo.
* 2067 and 2017 both had their liferating improved to 20.
* Various Boer republic provinces have had their liferating increased, some marginally, some majorly
* Added boer as an accepted culture for GRQ/Vryland, will eventually make decisions for both
* For now, Ottomans accept Rumelians
* KAZ is now Buddhist and it's Tartars are too, pending further plans for Mongolism
* NAN and LOT will start allied. This may cause trouble for an AMA player. Or may not.
* Macedonia starting in Aragon's sphere, rather than just shy of it at Friendly and 25 influence
* More defines.lua stuff I may or may not have done since the last release.
