Dishonored Balance Mode beta file

Finally, Froger has done something with the Tautologist tool, here it is. It's not Ultimate Difficulty (as in it does not touch AI/Stealth/Leaning/Combat) but, I hope for it to give a more suitable feel of working towards a specialized build and not simply getting everything. Things I'm proud the most of are blink/double jump balance, to make them complete each other, not replace, and wind blast balance, to make it crowd control ability, not "use to win". More particular change log is in description. Also I've compiled many tweaks found in the internet: infinite bodies, HD shadows, more resourses for streaming etc.
