Should be the last version for a while, I don't have any real changes in mind at the moment. Unless a bug or something pops up or one of you suggests something cool.
A few of the bows now have Magic Find%, as this stat is was near impossible to fit onto bowzon builds. Enigma is now cheaper. Couple fixes. Now (hopefully) has full 1.13 and 1.14 compatibility, as well as Plugy, Gomule and D2SE.
DIablo II 1.15c
General balance mod focused on bringing up the power of lesser used items, gems, runewords and skills. Tries to bring the classes closer together in overall power. Built around 1.14, but still works with 1.13. D2SE, PlugY and Gomule are compatible!
Read the included changelog for the full list of modifications! Here's a few highlights:
*Stamina is gone from almost the entire game. Pots don't drop, shrines won't spawn, no more drain when running, barb gets a cool replacement skill. Though some monsters will still drain it!
*skill rebalances
*unique, set and runeword rebalances
*other act mercs are more useful
*many bosses are now level 99 and many areas are now level 85. Enjoy farming different places now!
*slight ease of life changes i.e. tomes, quiver cap increased
*items with skill charges are now much more useful
*bows and claws are more comparable to other class weapons in power.
*game is more difficult with slightly lower resistances, higher XP penalty on death, stronger bosses. Be careful around Diablo!
