Seems like there's a delay with ModDB auth'ing the files and the files actually going up on their mirrors, no worries though! Mirrors here (FilePlanet and Torrent so far): Decadencemod.com
Unfortunately not. The ModDB servers have been offline since MOTY and Filefront is closing its doors on the 30th. :(
