This is Deathmatch Maker, A 1997 CD-Rom by Vitrus Corporation released as the "the first Quake level editor authorized by id Software", It contains many tools from mapping and sounds, to actors, textures and music, The CD-Rom also has some example BSP Levels, This file came from archive.org and I do not take credit for it, Nor do I own it either.
