Great Mod (like the Versions before) but I think I haven't seen these Blood Effects yet.
I think you need the Blood dlc. But its never released in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

The blood effects shown in the images are enabled with SuperGhostBoy's mod included now in DarthMod.
Ok but even if I enable SuperGhostBoy's Mod in the launcher (klick SuperGhostBoy Mod ON, then "Changing DMS settings" shows up. I don't see these effects.

Can you disable the Darth effects and keep SuperGhostBoy's and tell me if you see more blood?
Well I saw, when Soldiers get hit, a small cloud shows up, like when Bullets hit the ground. But this was already with Darth Effects on.
Yes but DarthMod effects make the blood not so much (more realistic, less lag). Maybe you want the blood to be more so to deactivate it.

No of course not. It needs this official blood pack to show blood.
I seem to have a problem, I was in a naval battle and the sound the arrows from my archers made were cannons. any way to fix this
I got the same problem. But only my units made cannons sounds and not the al. i have seen at many forums but it wont work. :(
Just wanted to share a lingering sound issue when running FoTS with DM 4.2++: Armstrong gun cannonball impacts are silent or extremely faint (This is with atmospheric sounds OFF btw, I have not tested it with that option on yet). Other than that everything else looks good so far, oh and just wanted to give a huge thanks for the outstanding mod and all your effort keeping it current and bug free :)
Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately I cannot do anything for the Armstrong guns not so loud sound. It is a minor issue though and it is a miracle we modders found finally a way to overcome the sound mixing issue that existed before.
No problem :). I'm not all too sure of what CA is doing to work with/encourage modders if anything; but hopefully in the future they can make it easier for you guys or perhaps at least come up with some ways to work with/incorporate modders and their works(maybe something like steam workshop for skyrim). In the meantime I just wanted to thank you again for the time and effort you guys put forth making these games that much better.
Oh and on a side note I noticed a couple of other little bugs that popped up while I was playing shogun 2 vanilla and fots, not sure how easy/hard they are to tackle or if it is even possible but just wanted to give you a heads up to hopefully make it easier for you to find the source behind them :) In naval battles in shogun 2 vanilla reinforcing ships sometimes enter battle with their crews crammed together like sardines either stuck at the ramps or on the towers (siege bunes are particularly notorious for this and I have yet to see one not glitch as for the others they sometimes glitch and sometimes don't). These reinforcing ships are useless and the units on them will not fire (sometimes 1 or 2 guys from the ship will fire but usually they all just stand around holding their....) and when you tell them to board the boarding icon pops up if you get alongside a ship but once again they stand around derping. As far as fots goes when you are attacking in a naval battle and you sink a ship it will not sink properly but will just freeze on the surface (the number of crew at the exact time of the sinking will also freeze as soon as begins to slip under the surface instead of depleting to 0 and the ship will just sit there frozen until the end of the battle); strangely enough this does not seem to happen if you are defending in which case they sink just fine and behave normally other than the crews don't deplete to 0 when they surrender as they did before the most recent CA patches. Lastly when attacking in fots routed ships will freeze as soon as they get to the edge of the map instead of disappearing after which they will sit there frozen until the battle ends, this also happens in shogun 2 vanilla when reinforcing ships rout (not sure if it is just the reinforcing ships or all of them so far I have noticed only reinforcing routers freezing). Well that is my novel for the year hope it helps :D
I have a problem with the fall of samurai campaign. I cannot advance in my modernization bar. It will go up and then it will revert to where it starts and will not go up. I have the latest one so please help.
Some buildings and technologies give you penalties to your modernisation progress. Samurai dojos are usually the main culprit. Raze them if you are having problems modernising and temporarily avoid researching technologies that have negative modernisation points. When you have more provinces it will be easier to accumulate modernisation points from various buildings and their upgrades.

It seems the bug with the cannon sounds for archers is back. It seems its only affecting the chosokabe archer units though. Any way to fix this or does that require an update?
The latest version of DarthMod (Last Edition) has not the sound bug, in the launcher version. If you play the SteamWork Version you have to download an audio fix Twcenter.net because in SteamWork we cannot upload multiple mod packs.

I downloaded 4.4+, but unlike people like DiplexHeated, i have no blood visible when an enemy unit is shot! anyone know why this is? an answer is greatly appreciated!

Hey Darth, I just switched over from Steam Workshop version to the Launcher version of the Mod. I was trying out the settings in the Launcher but it seems whenever I try to change a setting the asterix doesn't move. It that supposed to be the case?
