No, restricted to Humans only. If AI were asked then all nations would be boosted and that doesnt seem to have much point? Correct me if i am wrong.

yes absolutely. designed mostly for multiplayer so that players dont have to pick major countries to stand a chance of winning.
Belrick, your mod is great but when I test it out in multiplayer, only 1 person gets the custom nation event, anyway you can fix it where every player can get the custom effect at the same time?

odd though, the event documentation specifies that the trigger is for humans only.

I believe that i have found and fixed the bug. Looks to have been caused by a real "duh" moment by me restricting the mod to just one person.
