I have "converted" the Oblivion music to sound more maddening. To me it sounds more like a Crazy Scientist or a lunatic made the music. . I have 2 versions, One is the normal maddening, the other is reversed.

Extract, and put the version you would like in Oblivion/Data/Music/special
Make sure you rename the music to tes4title.mp3, otherwise it will not work.
