Fix the Tau XV89 Commander being available immediately.
Removes jumping from the Eldar Autarch, cos it's broken.
Fix Ork Kommando Stikkbomm abilities not sharing a timer.
Fix IG Ogryns being able to teleport when Inquisitor is attached.
I tested quickly with the test wincondition, so reports might not be accurate.
Doesn't seem like the stikkbombz share timers. Furthermore, their abilities are now replaced with pink square icons.
I didn't notice a visual effect for the kommando smoke bombs, but the defence bonus is there.

Reverted to 1.85, the icons, and effects both stikkbombs work properly (explosion for the burning one, smoke for the... smoke one).
I redownloaded 1.85.2 and unpacked it, the icons turn pink, and the effects don't work. For the burning stikkbomb, the ground still burns, but without explosion. And as I said earlier, no smoke for the other.
The honour guard Commissar Execute is unchanged from the vanilla version so get that as soon as you can. Also use snipers as they are good anti morale units as well.
The honour guard Sentinel not being repairable should be fixed in the next release.

I guess I didn't update the sound archive file in the zip, it should be up to date now.
Verified that the kommando's abilities, including the icons, are working properly now with 1.85.3

So why is the IG execute is now only for 1 squad?
Not the original area type
Mostly because the squad sizes can be absolutely massive so having it affect multiple squads feels a bit too strong.
And yet with out that you get destroy in campaign. SOB flamer are no joke.
If any army get mass unit IG can't stand even if you have armor.
And about the "Veteran" unit...
It about the walker I get early in campaign. It regenerate but i can't Repair. Was this the plan all along?
