А русские субтитры вообще существуют для игры? Или озвучка
@RobosergTV
If I understand what you are saying, you are asking me if a full Russian audio support exists.
Unfortunately, it appears that this mod is only available in English.
How do I install the mods I download
Updated: Read the description or the included "readme".
In loading screen, game just crashed or quit i dont know
Have you copied the materials from cstrike to parent directory?
From Readme.txt:
Within the "comatose" folder, locate a folder "cstrike", in which reside two sub folders: materials; models.
Copy & paste these two folders onto the parent directory.
When prompted to, do NOT overwrite already existing files.
.i.e:
comatose/cstrike/materials -> comatose/materials
comatose/cstrike/models -> comatose/models
Did you change version SDK to "upcoming"?
In both methods, I just get booted to desktop with no error message upon starting the chapter.
@Dune_Jumper
I downloaded Comatose, along with the Source SDK 2013 patch,
followed the instructions in the readme.txt.
It works.
Make sure you are using the 'Upcoming' beta of the Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer.
- Right-click on Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer.
- Go to the "Betas" tab.
- Change "Select the beta you would opt into" option to "incoming"
- Restart Steam.
You should also verify the integrity of your game's files. This might be the cause of your crashes, as you have invalid/corrupt game files.
- Right-click on Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer.
- Go to the "Local Files" tab.
- Click "Verify Integrity of Tool cache..."
- Wait until game cache inspection is completed.
Lastly, You need to copy all files from both folders
comatose/cstrike/materials & comatose/cstrike/models
to the following folders:
comatose/materials & comatose/models
You will likely be prompted to overwrite around 48 existing files.
Make sure not to overwrite those files, which will only let the
process copy all unique files.
Ah, I didn't read the readme. Got it working now, though Method #2 still crashes a lot. Method #1 worked flawlessly.
@Dune_Jumper
Thanks for replying.
Good to see that things work for you.
Regarding method #1, it works.
To me, it looks like to be related to your Steam installation or game cache.
Logically, if a user is able to launch a mod using the first method, the second method should work, since it emulates the first one, but just with a simpler way to launch the mod.
I recommend that you verify your game cache, for all Source Half-Life related games, if not already.
Thank you for your interest.
Wow, I can't believe this mod just got an update. But I like that, I totally loved this short story back then and I think I will enjoy replaying it.
when i start the mod, all i get is "cant find background image materials/console/setup_loading.vtf" some help please
Wow so you can release steam pipe for this game, but for others no?
