What officer exactly? Order 227 Officer?
no, when i press CTRL+P i spawn German officer, can u make and Soviet officer for spawn?
Ah, alright! Soviet Officer will be available in the next version (1.26) along with german Tiger Ace.

People keep reporting these crashes and then the issue is fixed by itself? I wonder what is going on.

The mod runs fine but messes up in game HUD and Main Menu Graphics
