The commend of ctrl-shift is unworkable, how do I make it workable?

Installed by pasting files to game folder, created new shorcut for RelicCoh2.exe with changed tittle in the options. Game doesn't louch at all. I mean like even .exe file won't start...

there is a readme in the file. download this file, go to your downloads, extract the file using 7zip (my personal favorite) and click the folder, there is a guide to how to use it at the bottom.

To those of you that are having problems. Place the ccm folder into your Company of Heroes 2 main directory, wherever that may be.

For those with the retail version - you're going to have to find your shortcut to company of heroes, right click it and go into properties. There is a box that says "Company of Heroes 2", type in -dev next to it so it reads "Company of Heroes 2-dev" (without the "").

For those of you with the steam version - Right click your steam CoH2 and go into properties, click on "Set Launch Options..." and type in "-dev" (without the ""). Ok and you're done there

Back to everyone - Go into the game, start a battle and hit Ctrl-Shift-` or Ctrl-Shift-@
That will open the console. Copy the following: dofile("ccm/ccm.scar")
Paste it into the console and hit enter. Then all should be well.

You're going to need to paste that phrase into the console every time a battle starts from then on to activate the mod though.

Is this works like coh1 cheatmod ?? I just want to download it to have some fun but I saw comment that should I download it?? Because they are struggling to open the cheatmod ? I usually enter dev mode in this way C:/blah blah blah" -mod (name of folder where the files at) -dev is this going to work ? I just want to know if this going to work without downloading it !! Because I am easily to get mad !!

can I skip the missions by using this? coz I was encounter Ardennes missing 1 ( BAR weapons bug). the only way I can overcome this is to skip the entire mission 1. then kindly suggest to me any tips or helps. thanks.
