this is version 1.1 of ccpstein, if you've downloaded this version before july 17th 2021 please redownload as the download has been updated to fix some over looked mistakes
version 1.1 changelog:
+ replaced the water stream and the close warzone ambient sounds with new stock sounds
+ replaced the chinese soldier sounds with the chinese solider sounds from fallout 3
+ added more polish to map 15
+ the air strike in map 15 takes less time to detonate
+ added cillvian corpses
+ the first door switch now locks you in until you've killed all the enemies in the room
+ gave map 31 and 32 better names
+ replaced xi's sounds
+ shortened the ending hallway in map 32
+ made SNDARST1 and SNDART2 louder
+ gave more details to the objective in map 15
+ replaced the sounds for sliding doors and walls
+ added new metal door sounds
+ made the yellow key trap a little more challenging
+ added a camera screen above the switch that opens the room containing the yellow key
At least this mod isn't attracting some **** storm.
Weird that the second map now starts at the canteen instead of the actual sewers unlike before and since the rest of the areas are inaccessible, I can't proceed to Map 32. Plus, the control panel in between the 2 secrets doesn't seem to work.
yeah I forgot to remove the second player 1 start actor, i had him there to test something, also which control panels?
Oh never mind, that bug must be from the previous version of the file itself.
oh that's good, also to comment on my mod not getting a massive **** storm atm, I believe that's because I haven't uploaded it on doomworld or the zdoom forums (which seem to be the sources of the wokeness in the doom community)
Can't agree more after seeing the cesspool of both communities since I used to post in those forums. Best for this file to remain here lest the brigade of both communities attack Moddb en masse. Can't wait for Project Antifa.
yeah i used to frequent zdoom forums from 2013-2016 it's a disappointment the route they've decided to take
