-Power Station health values normalized in line with other defenses
-Fixed graphical issue with low-detail Garden of Life and other models
-Fixed a number of issues with Arteries of Assault tunnels, including tunnel repair, and how the tunnels handled salvagers and Beastmasters (the latter are no longer allowed inside)
-Arteries of Assault tunnels now can be built near other tunnels, Construction Yards, and Relay Stations
-Added additional infantry art and icons, including targeting cursor for the Body Double ability, and new cameos by ErastusMercy and Alex06
-Fixed EVA effects, including the mistimed "Veinhole Monster ready" one
-Added missing description strings, including for the Outpost
-Updated Tacitus Library and Garden of Life descriptions
-Added sound effects to defense upgrades
-Fixed issue whereby Tick Tanks would not get graphical indicators of upgrades
-Increased Viceroid health
-Decals and cursors added to create a more informative UI

Isn't there any more balance changes?
I'm not quite sure about this changelog. Isn't there something missing? And are you telling me Powerplants got their health REDUCDED? O.o
I am currently in the middle of campaign mission four. Will installing this patch render my save file unusable?
I am also in the middle of a campaign and installing this update didn't cause any problems or render my save useless. I wouldn't expect it to though.
making the engineer's repair ability automatic, by right clicking on the vehicle with the engineer would be awesome as clicking on the ability during battle and then choosing unit is quite a hassle.

please make balance changes to the Scrins over powered units,with a devastator warship they annihilated my base,ONE WARSHIP!
their tier 2+3 aircraft are too laong range,they can destroy you from well out of range of most AA units and structures
They are not going to touch the Scrins, they are only focused on their army, which is only and exclusivelly the Forgotten.
But they could balance out the AA guns, or include more anti-air attack abilities to other units.
Besides, GDI and Nod are also highly vulnerable. Because the Devastators are artillery, they will outrange any AA defense, not just Forgotten.

You do need the full version to play patches with, because if you don't have the full version you miss a lot to play this
