I'm under the impression that this will work EXCLUSIVELY for Soulstorm and not Dark Crusade? Or at least, that's how it is for me right now.

Yes, it is Soulstorm only. But it might (I haven't tested this) work for Dark Crusade if you open Racetables.scar (in Notepad or any other text editor) and delete or comment out references to the Soulstorm units (land speeder tempest, fighta bomba, nightwing - remember the aspect stone as well, hell talon and marauder bomber). I don't think there is anything else that is Soulstorm exclusive, but can make no promises.

It seems that any mission (Winter Assault ones) that involve the Imperial Guard immediately start with a fatal scar error. I can't see anything else on here that is Soulstorm specific.

^ HOPEFULLY THE LAST THING i POST XD SORRY! --- So, removing the { "guard_research_convoy_armor", and { "guard_research_convoy_armor_2", fixes it for good!

Sorry to bother you! Easy fix though once you know how! :D Maybe you could include that on the main page in case other people want to play with Dark Crusade? :P Thanks again though! Been enjoying it already!

Ah, I forgot about those. They are only used for the Imperial Guard stronghold mission.
I have posted a guide, with credits to you for testing.

I'm getting a CTD on most of the missions. This happens any time "npc_race" is used as one of the starting factions. Just change all these to "space_marine_race" on each mission's scar files and it should be fine.

Strange. I have never had an issue with this. Do you get an error log? Just to know what happened, as it is easy to fix, like you said.

Not sure really. I've tried tinkering with various aspects of npc_race.rgd in racebps but no matter what, it's always the same CTD Nothing in the error logs that I can make out either.

Can't say for sure, but when I made similar mod to this (been messing up with adding and supporting more players and races to both campaigns), I've noticed that the issue was with DOS AI mod modifying npc race behaviour. When present the mod crashed, when not it did not. I think solution was to use vanilla AI npc_race folder within the mod, not sure though since it has been more than a year.
