Question, can i make the command r_forceLod 0 stay forever? With this, the level of detail is the best.
Unfortunately, r_forceLod 0 causes first person weapon models and some props to disappear when too many triangles are rendered
this is really neat stuff! i managed to fix the popping issues by running the game in windows 7 compatibility and setting r_forcelod to 0.
also could you make one for cod 4? because they share the same problems in a certain way, especially the lod issues

The lod is a great change, but the fov is bad option
Dont worry, you can just only add dll file and fov will be defeult.
Thanks so much for the LOD fix! Vanilla lod was annoying me so I searched for a fix and yup, this works great.
