I Have included the .dff files that you can use. These include the Radio on his side INSTEAD of an empty holster.
Extract these to player.img and replace policeshirt.dff and policetr.dff with mine (if you want a radio instead of empty holster.)

YES, I Do realize the patches are messed up and so are the badges (Sometimes).
But that is because of CJ's muscular body, it makes the .dff for his body kind of chunky
and messes up the .txd's. But that's the best im willing to get it.
