This version has a bunch of bugfixes mostly. I also changed the mod so that it runs like an addon. This was done so that it would be easier to port all the features to BDv22 in the future. Load after brutalv21.pk3

- removed addons related to v18 kicking because there's no point to it
- fixed v18 ssg reloading both barrels to show the hinge
- created an authentic v18 ssg addon where the hinge cannot be viewed like in v18
v16:
- migrated the vote to an addon format
- dying/dead enemies that sprays blood will now splash the screen
- fixed bug where fatalities would freeze the game
- brute force minigun tracer/sound fix is no longer required. I have figured out a way to combine them into one. This helps with performance
- it turns out that SGTMarkIV disabled the breakable lights for a reason: it impacts performance. I created an addon disabling the lights for people on phones and on low end PC's

issues noted:
1. regular ammo count addon can't be used with brutalv21.pk3, is there anyway to enable the increased ammo addon?
2. imp & marine zombies are often found in painful status when they appear in large group, getting stuck for a while (probably due to friendly fire?)

2. That is probably the case. But what do you mean by "stuck"?
I mean their animation remain in "painful status" for a few seconds (sometimes like forever) and doesn't move at all, which means an easy target practice for player
