Brighter Drop Lit Torches with Weight 1.00 file

This is a small modification of Frugal's excellent Drop Lit Torches. I simply added weight (1 pound) and made the torches a bit brighter. This was requested by Delte, who runs a thread of immersive mods at the official elderscrolls modforums. As a user of darker dungeons he needed brighter torches with weight and keep the "drop in combat" function. Use the hotkey torch to equip a torch.
