Description
Blood in the West 1.3 could be called BitW - TLD addon as well, as many items are imported from the fantastic TLD mod. Otherways it has some other improovements, and a completely new mercenary system. You can recuit both good and evil man, what more elves and orcs from taverns. (NO LOTR scenes), Gondor ally equipment overhaul (TLD), and many more changes, balance fixes, etc.

It might happen that 32bit PC user have crash when playing with Arnor. If yes, I will release a quickfix for them.

Why? In the story its men who create orcs, just look at Sauromaun in The Two Towers.
Orcs?? Seriously? Thats not orcs! Its uruk hai and on the first age isengard is gondors fortess and they abandon it with it garrison now called uruk hai!
orks are elf which had been corrupted by dark magik and traitorship and re thinking orks are not impossible

and anyway Isenguard was never gondors fortress (if it was anyone's fortress it would be rohan as it is too far north of the white mountains to be controlled by gondor) it was merely a wizards home.
Rohan was once part of Gondor and during that time Isengard was Gondor's fortress, when Saruman came to Middle-Earth, the Steward of Gondor gave him the keys to Orthanc and with it the whole fortress. It had no garrison after that.

No its Melkor, the god of destruction and evil, he captures a group of elves and experiments on them until he creates the beasts we call orcs. He then used these as armies to destroy the world of middle-earth.
well to begin with all these theories of how orcs came to be are theories... Tolkien never chose an way orcs were created... because he died before he had writin an a theory for this... now im not saying everyones theories are false, because tolkien made all of these theories to begin with. not to mention he had other theories like: orcs may of being blank huminoid creatures after the creation of Arda.
there are too many theories to depict whether one theories makes more sense then the other because Tolkien would of had a different theory of their creations....so..unless everyone sits here and plays rock, paper, scissors for the next 4 years trying to prove that their theory is correct. most of the argument/ discussion is kinda pointless. though i do understand the whole uruk hai thing... i think that was just dark magic overall, i cant even remember but yeah, origin of orcs unknown, origin of uruk hai, probably a better thing to discuss :P

veiled stars is way better then this mod but veiled tar is still in early beta
Veiled stars is the shittiest mod I've ever played. Was following it for so long, when the open beta came along - I learnt it was ****.

try this ....... open mount and blade warband , go to configure , go to the Video tab and turn off the load texture on demand option

Hi there. I'm really impressed by the amount of work you have implemented into this mod.
Although I am a little cynical as far as my experience went. I'm a huge immersion fanboy and when it came the the gameplay, music and world map I was sold. However I've met a character named "***** Beggins" which, whilst making me laugh took me away from the mod itself. Also, meeting Samwise Gamgee only increased my lack of immersion when he goes on to say "OMG dat old bastard carried me everywhere..." (Reference to Gandalf I presume). I'm not judging your work, I know I sure as hell couldn't have made a mod like this. Just letting you know.
i have constat crashing no mattere DX7 or DX 9 , its a graet mod i hope you will try to repair it , i got m&b 1158 v , 6 gb ram new computer , done everything its was writhen in read me file , try to put all grapisc to low ,put load textures only on deamnd nothing help i try varios combination cose i like mod very much even inastal m&b 1153 version but every time i got crashes, i can play for houer whitout a crash and then stack whit constatn crashes every minute. If someone now please help :D tnx
