Yes, this is an option from the VC balance Mod, which got mostly integrated into this mod. This in an option to support factions by investing into their fiefs by improving their outcomes. I like this idea and it optional, you don't have to but you can help your buddies at least at some point anyways.

I saw Balance Mod in description, but when I started the game, I saw that the unit trees had not changed and moving around the map was still not made realistic. Is this bug, or its normal?
The trees are vanilla, you can find troop trees for VC online or make your own. The movement speed is vanilla, like in the native version of VC, which is just fine Imo.

Your Mod "Blood Eagle" just makes the game better, it's quite ashame that Brytenwalda Team didn't do much on VC but when I downloaded this mod just makes and outstanding performance and work and the Armor and Weapons????? I mean wtf??? my guy my brain and eyes just had an ****** but I love how your making VC go to it's Historical Roots, I hope you could make a mod about Charlemagne or the Dark Ages with this masterpiece, Cheers :)
