A big house with a view in Anvil. It's full of fascinating secrets and hidden bits as well, making it a time-consuming adventure as well as a great location to dump your stuff.

Just extract the Data File and Readme to the Oblivon Data folder:
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data <------------
You can get to BFMu by traveling to Anvil, it's next to Benirius Manor. Or you can get to it by going to the Talos Plaza District in the Imperial city and using the teleportation building (you can see where it is on one of my pics). There are 5 npcs that come along with this mod, all have schedules (except the gaurds). They include 2 guards, 2 merchants & 1 Inn-keeper(who isn't working right now, lol).
Read in the Version history part of the readme to see what this new version adds...
Moves the manor to Anvil where it belongs.
Interiors added: Teleport room, 2 transport rooms, an Inn, Tunnel system, Tunnel Residence, Trade Post, Prison/Dungeon, Forgotten Cell (you'll have to find it on your own).
I also removed a few lights on both the lower and upper floors of the main house and replaced them with some ambient lights for better performance.
3. Technical Issues:
The Inn-Keeper somehow doesn't appear where she should in the Inn, I'm trying to fix this.
The 6 pictures attached to this .zip file are only a minor preview of the whole House Mod, there's a lot more to it!
