I got checksum SPNI or somethin'... re-installed around three times. I also re-installed whole HOI3, and installed podcast tfh.exe and 4.2, 4.2a
Though I found no error, I wonder why checksum is different.

Yes SPNI looks to be the reported checksum for the hotfix.

I installed the hotfix, (putted it in the main hoi3 folder, runned as administrator), everything went well, but my checksum is always KGEX. Is it normal? Also, before installing the patch, my game started to crash randomly in the early 1940 year, with France.
Ty for the great job ;)

Well, I fixed that, the checksum is SPNI now, but the game still crahes regularly (every two weeks) at 22:00 or 23:00 of the day :/

Are you using podcat's TFH exe ?

I don't know what podcat's tfh.exe is, I use the paradox launcher; I assume the tfh.exe which is in my hoi3 main folder is a podcat's one? How could I check if it is or not?

podcat's TFH exe is an update to the TFH exe which allows the game to use more then 2Gb of computer memory. This is 100% needed to run BICE due to all the new content the mod adds. Because paradox own podcat's exe we can't link it here or outside of the paradox HOI3 tech support forum. You will have to register your HOI3 base game ( the expansions are not enough) in order to access the link.

Ty for the reply panzeroo, I achieved to solve the problem with the regedit. Also, ingame, I noticed the eavy tank 'conqueror' has a wrong picture, it's a russian early war tank, not a conqueror ^^ (just sayin')

true, there are still many GFX models to work on ( along with the localisations/ names). This work will take a long time to complete and is worked on / added to whenever possible.

the install path would be
x:\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron 3(\tfh\mod) instead of
x:\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron 3\Downloads(\tfh\mod)

Reinstalled but i still have some issues with some techs, i just cant star heavy industry, 50kg bombs, basic fighter machine gun and another one in the bomber section i cant remember.

Also, a couple of ideas:

Land mines, they were important in the war, especially in north africa, they could be like a wall or perhaps something that adds a shitload of attrition to the province, engineers and tanks to clear them.

Propaganda, propaganda was really damn important in world war 2, in the game could work like spies do, propaganda could wotk to boost national unity, to lower or increase neutrality, threat, party popularity, gain territorial pride, who knows what else.

Propaganda was very important, and a ww2 game without it is a incomplete game.

if you are having tech problems you still have not installed correctly. The mod does not have those issues with a totally clean HOI3 TFH base > ie make sure you remove ALL previous BICE folders/files from the game. unfortunately there is no good way to model landmines. There is no way to create a unit which will do this, nor anyway to change provinces outside of scripted events. It might be possible to do something minor via the covert ops mechanics, though it would be unsable by the AI and probably pointless. We do have various propaganda strategic effects in the game which are based on the mass media tech levels.

Landmines could be like bouildings, you created pillboxes and heavy industry, perhaps there's a way to make the same with landmines.

Not sure at this point how landmines could be implemented. They are not really on the strategic level the game represents. Probably better to remain abstracted into the digin bonus units get.

its seems to be a quirk in the game which results from the amounts of ports in a theatre and the naval base effiecency levels.

Awesome mod, but i have to report a mistake from either the mod or the TFH expansion. The problem is that Spanish Republic should own the province called Badajoz, not Portugal, can you fix that, please?. I suggest to remove portuguese core on that province too. Having said that, congratulations, you are making the best hoi3 mod ever. Thank you

Another error report: Nationalist Spain has the wrong flag, the correct one is the vanilla version. The flag shown in the mod, was not used untill october 1981.
