So what does this very early version change?
Look at the changelog in the article. But in short terms new chinese countries, a bigger national focus tree for japan, a new surrender event for usa and some province changes

I have 1.1.0, no other mods activated, only downloaded Moddb.com wchich changes files. Maybe it's corrupting.
No, i tried it with another pc and still works fine. Maybee u changed ur vanilla file? Whats ur checksum without any mods?
