I'm New to all this how can I add a mod to my game Gta5 so I can play.. and if any moder can mod the player to be able to fly as person this would be AWSOME and I want it please put a little DBZ mixed with GTA5 like DCU and also wheres the Airbagged mini trucks and hydro's rockstar left out please mod and help my psn Ps3 V__J_A_M_E_S__V

Does the game update version matters? Because I don't have any update (I don't have Live). Is there another way to update? What console mod do I need?
It works from version 1.00 (non-updated) to version 1.12.
It only doesn't work on update 1.13 currently as R* changed some stuff, but I'm in the process of fixing that.
And it's now been updated to work with updates 1.13+
