Ofc, np...my guess is that in "Data_Controls" you left the column "TechniqueType" as the default ( = -1). This will cause crash if the case, so change it to any non-negative value.
Personally i chose the tecnique for the clan, for example in your case i would choose a dragon tecnique...i dunno if choosing one from a different clan will have any problem.

if i play in skirmish will the bots use kenji?

is there like a video for this mod on how to do it? cuz i cant seem to copy and replace it. Also i dont know what i'm doing lol
It's the same as the other mods. All you gotta do is replace the "Battle Realms.dat" file.
Ps: There's an "Instructions.rtf" file with more details in the download
