PERFORMANCE/ GRAPHICS - Large random scene improvement:

Problem: some Swadian plains had too much small collidable bushes/trees and some forests were very dense.
- Major FLORA TWEAK - re-calibrated plants distribution:
- Removed few collision objects from two small bushes, one pine bush model reduced in volume
- Dynamic load optimization - Scenes now look AMAZING !!! (100% grass density, 100% Tree degrade distance, high Anti-aliasing, HDR and Auto-Exposure both off)
IMPORTANT!: You need to enter random scene at least dozen times that new flora results really kick in and start to show up their greatness, don't ask me why - Warband engine
- Textures load on demand automatically now

Tournaments Overhaul :
Based on the very large player's feedback: They loved challenge, new design, factionized equipment, weapon load-outs matching arena layouts, basically everything, but they still considered often too hard, so here is overhaul, that should cover most of the needs:
- slightly weaker normal opponents and their AI
- slightly stronger lords and their AI
- player has more HP
- companions are stronger and have better AI
- shield bash returned to tourney
- tuned bets betting system to match new more favorable conditions
- removed bows and arrows from all Nord tournaments (throwing axes and spears instead -NSC*)
- redesigned camp and arena tournament menus
New features:
- Get renown for killing a Hart (male deer with large horns- antlers)
- Equip Player Kingdom Lord via dialogue menu
- When Lord Rolf will now always recruit Sarranid troops (they were the only Faction that didn't have one)
PLAYER EXPERIENCE BALANCED
BannerPage religiously protects Native Campaign Balance and that was never and will never be touched. Player experience is a different thing huge amount options has been given to player to enjoy.
Taking into account that BannerPage will be a challenge for many and that new features like complex recruitment system, harder Tournaments maybe an obstacle for some we have left many backdoor open to help masses to overcome those aforementioned issues, as many of you found. Such as no prisoner limit on Salt Mine, Recruiters in taverns recruiting everyone at the base price, treasure chest items appearing in all shops and toys like grenades and explosive arrows.
MOD PLAYER EXPERIENCE BALANCE tweak
- Tavern recruiters - cost is now 3xnormal price, elites can't be purchased no more
- Salt Mine has a Cap now.
- 80 Treasure Chests items can still be found shops but extremely rare
- Naft arrow cannot be picked of the ground
- Greek fire arrow cannot be picked of the ground
- Naft grenade requires throwing 3
- Greek grenade requires throwing 3
OTHER Tweaks
ANIMATION TWEAKS
- Two handed overhead thrust can better be aimed than in Native
- Lances animation smoothened

- 2h wooden stick - added thrust blunt damage
- Falx now cannot be drawn with shield
- Greek General Helmet now has correct armor amount
- Macuahuitl, now has 2 modes working as intended, blunt mod deos not rotate weapon in hand while on icon it does, strange.
- Ulfberht Ornate Sword - now showing properly when sheathed.

How do you change the Elite troops equipment? Or is there something I'm missing. I keep talking to them but it doesn't give me the same options as the regular village troops.
You can't they are now loaded with weapons compared to 1.001, very good looking and unique.
I just don't have enough cool and diverse armors for them yet.
I used most of them for customization of the highest tiers of regular troops and custom elites as all elites need special gear. Giving them options from other elite troop factions just doesn't feel right. Will see. Will be in thenext update or the one after

Ah, no that makes sense. The Elite tropps for each faction are pretty well done, I was just a little sad too leran that the player faction can't customize their Elites yet. I'm also a stuck in giving you ideas... The Native warband is so much more fun now! Oh, actually, the recruiters that you can find in the tavern worlds can't recruit my custom troops. And I also tried to do the same for the Constable in my city. I can ask them to recruit troops from every other nation, except mine... :c Other than that, I've been enjoying every minute of the mod so far! Thank you for the amzing work you did for the community!

I've been doing some looking and I found out that ai lord "Kramuk Noyan" is somewhat bugged, something about his line missing or something. Thought you should know. By the way, loving the update and that tip you gave me about titles really improved my gameplay, tnx.

well I used a tool called "Morghs M&B WB-WFAS Editor" and when I clicked on his name I got some kind of error. And also in game his face is so weird. Maybe it's just me and my game, but I said it anyway so I can be sure.

You have it already implemented, right click on any Lord on the Map and add notes, they will appear on all screens afterwards. Only limitation is one note per Lord, but can be updated.
Yes, i do Know it. But i mean Like a Notebook, where you can put anything aside from the Lords Notes. I Don't know if it is Possible to do.

You have Trade ledger in, you have all sorts of reports that you can imagine and you have add lord notes. So whats not there?
Played several more hours today. Love the updates, but the decrease in payouts from the tourneys was stark. I was getting 1200 pre update and now its 400. I do think 1200 was a bit much, but 400 (2 pts, 200 wager 2 teams of 3) is a bit too low.
But you don't get disqualified if you lose a round, in comparison to Native where you do. So when go you through all rounds, You can still earn a lot. Which can be more per round too you are really playing safe there, take a risk and then reward.Furethemore, they are ste that they can be feasible even when you are lvl 1 character if you know what you are doing, to start winning them once you are past lvl 12-15 and never really be regular champ.

Any plans on releasing the mod on Steam Workshop?
Had an odd bug where I lent one of my companions to a lord and shortly after went to war with that faction. Got a quest failed message and now that companion is nowhere to be found. Checked with the ransom brokers and travelers and neither lists him. When I look him up in character his location is just listed as unknown.
Companion will come back.

Only thing I'm missing in this mod is being able to have a child who then turns as a companion like in AWOIAF. Nonetheless, it's an amazing mod!
