- Reduced cost of horsemen and peasant shield upgrade from 100 to 50.

Visual improvements:
- New heavy armor textures. No more golden heavy armor for all factions.
- General visual improvements to Rohan, Elven and Dwarven units.
- Improved textures for Dwarven and Elven heros.
- Summoned dwarven citadel no longer shows fire munitions upgrades. They were removed because they're positioned incorrectly.
- New Arnor and Rohan portraits.
- Modified Glorfindl model that removes the spiky pauldrons. Thanks to edain team for granting us permission to use it.
New units:
- Added spearmen to Arnor, Gondor and Cardolan thanks to Miraak.
- Split the Rohirrim to lancers and archers.
- Added Northmen/Men of Rhovanion to Gondor using Rohirrim model.
- Added Mounted Dunedain Rangers to Arnor thanks to RJ.
- Added Bree militia to Arnor inn.
- Added Ithilean swordsmen to Gondor inn thanks to RJ.
- Added Dale soldiers to Dwarven inn.
- Added Galadhrim to Elven inn.
- Added Glittering Caves Guardians to Rohan Inn.
- Added Orc pikemen to Mordor.
- Added Goblin pikemen, model from The Dead Player.
- Added Rhun soldiers, model from xxxMr. Xxxx.
Installation:
1. Follow the instruction in "How to Install" folder to set up the main mod files correctly.
To install optional files just copy the contents into Arnor & Gondor & Rohan folder.

I tried all the steps detailed in your install instructions. However, it still launches with the vanilla version of the game.
Am I doing something wrong? Or should I uninstall any patches?

well you probably are doing sth wrong, the thing is to find, what.
Are you launching with the mod's shortcut? Is in it's properties everything right?
Do you have patch 2.02v8.3.0 enabled?

what does the Nov 2nd update do?
I had left Rohan Inn unit with vanilla portrait and button so I updated that. Also, I had forgotten to update aid from Gondor spell units, so I just replaced Tower Guard with the new spearmen and updated the file again.

Balancing. A quick fix for Theodred's respawn time. Moved his and Eomer's leadership to level 2. Edited spearmen lines so they don't say "Swords!" any more.
