Annihilation Mod v1.6 Fix for Dark Crusade

Fixes the missing Mobilize for War upgrade for Eldar. Can be found in Support Portal.
Also places back the missing Kroot Carnivores back in Kroot Barracks.
Requires Annihilation Mod v1.6

.::Installation::.
Extract to your Dark Crusade installed location, overwriting the files asked (if asked).
