hi - i looked a bit into the files - for now i saw that in common/buildings the practicals are written in german - i haven't had a crash myself mainly because i haven't played it too much

a quick question - what are the schwereindustries and other things there and how can one build them?

Yes, some of the new files are named in german. But ingame, they will have english names. They lack just the needed files i the localisation now, so they show up with the name from the core files.
"Schwer" means "heavy". And new buildings will be activated later. Need to do some other things firts..

well in my test there are no practical gains in industry due to the fact the game doesn't recognise the german names of the techs (the pb is giving de names to utils such as construction_practical which the game doesn't recognise)

Nono, it is because the buildings have so far only 0.01 gain in practicals. ;)
If the game wouldn't "recognize" the buildings names it would not start but crash.
In the whole mod is no "construction_practical" aynmore, just the german worded "konstruktion_praktisch". That means the same in german..
But why is that interesting at all?

i start the game, and in the first day, at 16-18:00 hours, it keeps crashing.but before that, i can assign units to new generals, i can determine technologies and i can decide which things to produce.is it because i have tfh 4.01?patch 4.02 doesn't find my tfh installation.i downloaded, but i can't install it.

Yes you need 4.02 to use it.
There are quite some changes in that patch.

Anyway, thanks for the ahoi mod, it really is the best mod.i can't wait for the 1001 technologies.and indeed,where is the construction practical?the ic building cost for germany went from 3.6 to 8.6!

And like I wrote above, the practical has just another name now. It works as before, but gain for buildings is low and start values are not done yet. It is still in Alpha-stage..

Hey there. I've started playing your mod, it's pretty awesome, gives a second life to HoI3TFH. I just wanted to know where I could put my feedback on balances, overall experience of play,etc. For exemple, I played with Soviet Union and crushed Germany in no time(they didnt manage to invade a single of my provinces), I asked myself why and when I looked at infrastructure map, it's all upgraded to 100% in every provinces of Germany...
So it kinda need new balance. I have few other things I have in mind, so just lemme know where I can write 'em. Thanks again, and good job !

Hi Chromos,
i realy like ur mods, but i got one prob. The most of the additional brigades occure to be the major brigade, so all my inf divs are named at-brigade (...) or aa-brigade.
checksum is correct.

Hi,
thats done because that way you can instantly see where your Corps Units are located.
The "trick" is defined in the units files. Look out for lines like:
priority = 6

The corps units have a high priority and thus ar shown on top.
And the Div-Support units have a low priority to most times not be shown in Div-Builds.
If you want to have another setup, just give them a lower priority as the inf. :)
(Inf has 7, wich is already quite high.)

Do you think this could be made compatible with Plausability mod?
I just want the more brigades in division to look better instead of manually changing defines

I think that would be very complicated as both mods change quite many of the game.
So if your wish is "only" to be able to build more "interesting divisions build", then best advice would be propably to ask in the HPP area here or at paradox forum. Maybe other would like the same and you could start a sub-mod. :)

Game is crashing whenever i select theater unit.

That might be if theres is maybe the widescreen mod installed in the wrong way. As a clean install and usage of this mod works fine.
At least I tried that on different machines/settings without problems so far.
