Like a moron I forgot to give the player a pistol and somehow the money bug remained from v1.0 so this patch fixes those things until a proper update.
Like an idiot when I was editing all.spawn to make it so the player starts with the starter gear without the need to talk to Wolf I forgot to include a pistol somehow.
1. Band-aid fix until the next proper update to give the player a pistol, just talk to Wolf after leaving Sids bunker.
2. In general (pistol aside), you'll start the game with the starter gear rather than having to talk to Wolf. This is to circumvent the very rare (and totaly random)
nature of military and/or mutant NPCs attacking the rookie camp at the very start.
3. As an extension of the above change you can look at it like a "free-start", you can just go off into The Zone and do your own thing from the "go" point Call of
Pripyat style.
4. Also fixed early gear stuff Wolf gives you. Somehow I mixed up my testers script and public release script again >.<
