All names are historical from the late 15th, the 16th and 17th century.
Replaces the namepools.txt in "paradox interactive/commander/data/ai/"
All old names in the file were removed and replaced with historical names from the late 15th, the 16th and 17th century.
All forenames and surnames are the names of actual captains or admirals from the respective country.
All shipnames are from ships that were built by or in service of the respective country.
Exception: Empire: I wasn't able to find enough leader names or ship names, due to the lack of unity in the empire and mising ship registers from the Hansa.
So I took common names and surnames (mostly northern german) or noble family names; for the ships, those who are not historical are all named "Wappen von (coat-of-arms of)", since that name giving was common in Hansa fleet.
Also I included historical pirates up to 1700 and their ships. I know pirate names don't show up, but in case of a (likely) pirate expansion for CotA I am prepared
