A little script to inject custom GIM files (custom aircraft textures).
Python-based script made to replace the current method of injecting custom skins in Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. To be used with this tutorial.
Requirements:
--------------------
- Have Python 3.8.5 or higher installed in your computer.
- NTSC-U version of Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War [SLUS-21346, v1.00].
- GIM files to inject.
Usage:
--------
Place the script, the GIM files to inject and the ISO of Ace Combat Zero to modify. Run the script and follow the instructions displayed on the CMD windows.
Known issues:
-------------------
- Make sure you exit the script by selecting the "n" option when prompted to continue and not by abruptly closing the CMD window because the GIM files won't be added to the ISO.
- Make sure your GIM file is exactly 257KB (or 263216 bytes) in size because if a GIM file with a different size is added it will corrupt the ISO and render it unusable.
- ISO files with modded aircraft will not work with this script.
