Nineth alpha of the mod, adding colonizing mechanics.
To install, paste the file and folder inside the .zip to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts Of Iron IV/mod
(You don't need the other versions of the mod).
Changelog:
-Added a new country, African Tribes, it occupies all of Africa and serves as empty land for colonizing.
-Added colonizing decisions, spent some political power to colonize a state in Africa.
-Added colonizing focus branch for Prussia, with a bonus war goal at the end.
