Made up of veteran Silicon Knights developers, Precursor Games describes itself as a small, community-driven studio. Their first announced project is Shadow of the Eternals, a spiritual successor to Silicon Knight's highly-acclaimed Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. Headed by <!-- CONTENT (start) --> Paul Caporicci and chief creative officer; Denis Dyack, former president of Silicon Knights. With firm belief in the key to success with the rise of digital distribution and ability to self-publish, they head towards a eventual release.

Having had experience in creating titles such as Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem, Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes & Too Human.
