The current 3 members of Hako games all used to worked at Remal IT, where through side projects, Abduallah and Ahmed teamed up to develop Mulled. They continued to work on other different games and ideas and join game jams. During one of "Tako Games"'s game jam, Maan joined to do the opening art for "7 habits of most escaped mice". Abdullah and Ahmed continued to work on more games, including the sequel to Mulled, "Marmar". In the 2013 Tako game jam, Abduallah, Ahmed, and Maan worked together to release "Reunion", a short horror game that was praised for its unique idea, and it won the first place award in the game jam.
